CCT8 enhances p53 ubiquitylation in CRC. (A) The degradation of p53 depends on the activation of the proteasome. Cells in the NC and shCCT8 groups were treated with MG132 (20 µM) for 6 h. p53 and CCT8 expression was measured by western blotting. (B) The differences in Ub, CCT8 and GAPDH protein expression levels were verified by western blotting. (C) Whole cell lysates were obtained by cracking cell lines, and the expression levels of GAPDH, CCT8 and p53 were determined by western blotting.
