Radiographic features in mild patients with MPS IVA. Lateral lumbar spine radiographs showed irregular vertebral bodies with “tongue-shaped” deformity in Pt1 (A), anterior beaking of the vertebral bodies in Pt8 (B) and anterior sharpening of vertebral bodies in Pt9 (C). Radiographs revealed kyphotic cervical curve in Pt6 (D), dysplastic carpal bones (E) and right genu valgum (F) in Pt5, scoliosis in Pt11 (G) and acetabular and femoral head dysplasia in Pt12 (H)
