The Venn diagram represents the identified 30% of 1,497 candidates are potential therapeutic targets for all the seven diseases. 17% of the targets were unique to one of the three drug databases (DrugBank), 1-2% of targets were found in at least two databases (PharmGKB, TTD) and only 1.6% of targets are common to all the three drug databases.
